Biography |
I have decades of experience developing new products and processes. I help people fix process and product problems and defects.
It is my job to change the way organizations think about problems. Changing one mind in a company is rarely enough to change the course of the company. One training course, or even a training program, is unlikely to effect the desired change. Complete and lasting change requires a long-term relationship with a person that continually challenges the status quo.
Corporate transformation can happen when you personally commit resources to continuous process simplification. Understanding why you cannot get the data you need for accurate decision-making is essential to improving every process or product.
